At Marevia, we want you to love every step. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. Please review our policy below:


🕒 Returns – 14-Day Policy

You have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, with tags and in its original packaging.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

  • The cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund (excluding shipping protection, if purchased).


💥 Promotional Orders

Orders made under promotional offers such as Buy One, Get One (BOGO) or Buy Two, Get Two (B2G2) follow a specific refund calculation:

  • Refunds will be based on the total order amount divided by the number of items.

  • This ensures fair treatment of discounts and prevents abuse of promotions.


📦 How to Start a Return

Contact us at contact@wearmarevia.com.
If your return is accepted, we’ll provide a return label and instructions.

Important: Items returned without prior request will not be accepted.


🚚 Undelivered Packages

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you haven’t received it:

  • We cannot issue refunds without shipping protection.

  • If shipping protection was purchased, contact our support team for assistance.

  • Otherwise, please reach out to the carrier directly.


💔 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Contact us immediately with details and photos.

  • We’ll assess the issue and resolve it promptly.


📬 Wrong Address

If an incorrect address was provided:

  • We are not responsible for delivery failures.

  • A $10 restocking fee will apply if the package is returned to us.

  • We can send a replacement only if shipping protection was added.


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Sale items or gift cards.

  • Personal care goods (e.g., beauty products).

  • Custom/personalized items.

  • Perishable goods or hazardous materials.

🔄 Exchanges

To request an exchange, contact us at contact@wearmarevia.com.
A $15 exchange fee per item applies.


💳 Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • You’ll be notified of approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Please allow time for your bank or card issuer to process it.
